Academic Interests
Dr. Abhishek joined the Division of General Internal Medicine in 2017. Before that, he worked within the Department of Critical Care Medicine. He works as a staff hospitalist in the Section of Hospital Medicine in addition to serving on several hospital committees. He is also highly involved in resident education. He currently serves as the Director for the Bedside Ultrasound Training Program for internal medicine residents in addition to supervising students and residents during their clinical rotations. He also continues resident education through regular EKG tutorials, ultrasound lectures, and journal club.
