Academic Interests
My subspecialty, interventional cardiology, involves new methods of treating circulatory disease. This rapidly developing field includes use of techniques such as coronary stents and balloon angioplasty (dilating obstructed arteries). In California, I was involved in developing the atherectomy technology. As Clinical Assistant Professor, I am committed to providing complete personalized cardiovascular care to my patients.
