Dr. Hornick specializes in cardiology and is certified in internal medicine, echocardiography and vascular medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his fellowship at Summa Health, fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Foundation, residency at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and medical degree at University of Maryland School of Medicine.
