Dr. Naumovski developed a Geriatric/Post Acute and Long Term Care Rotation for the Family Medicine residents at Charles Morris Nursing and Rehabilitation. They learn how to manage these types of patients, to become members of the Interdisciplinary Team, and to communicate with each of the involved health care professionals (RN/PT/OT/ST/SW).
