Academic Interests
Dr. Zefirova's research interests are focused on facilitating linkage to care for patients newly diagnosed with HIV. Dr. Zefirova rotates on General ID, Surgical ID and Telemedicine ID. She has a special interest in HIV/AIDS, Women's Health and preventative care in patients living with HIV. Dr. Zefirova has a strong interest in teaching, mentoring medical students and residents.
