Academic Interests
Pulmonary hypertension, or elevated pulmonary arterial pressure, consequently leads to pressure overload-driven right ventricular failure, which is the leading determinant of morbidity and mortality in these patients. We are interested in elucidating an original target as a potential therapeutic avenue to enhance right ventricular function in pulmonary hypertensive patients.
