Dr. Luche is a clinician-researcher fellow with a clinical practice based at UPMC Presbyterian/Montefiore. She is interested in a mixed clinical and research career, with a research focus in health equity, with regard to chronic disease management and prevention, and social determinants of health. Ultimately, she is interested in how health policy on the local and national scale is and could be informed by these findings. Her clinical focus is in academic hospital medicine and primary care medicine. She received her MD from Weill Cornell Medicine in 2020 and completed her internal medicine residency at UPMC in 2023. She is also interested in how close mentorship relationships foster career development and growth throughout medical training.
