Dr. Ramya Kaushik obtained her B.A. in anthropology and biology from the University of Rochester, and stayed on to complete her M.D. She then completed her residency at Yale University on the global health and research in residency tracks. She continued working there as a chief resident and stayed on as a hospitalist. Her research interests include post-ICU outcomes and pulmonary physiology. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new breweries with her husband, son, and goldendoodle and listening to true crime podcasts.
