Dr. Samuel Collazo was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He earned his undergraduate degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology and his medical degree at the University of Puerto Rico. He then completed Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery residency in Kaiser Permanente Northern California, where he developed a passion for the medical and surgical treatment of patients with sleep disorders. In his free time, he enjoys playing table tennis and running.
