Dr. Chandra is a rheumatologist at the UPMC Arthritis and Autoimmunity Center at UPMC Mercy. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Dr. Chandra received her medical degree from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, Karnataka, India and completed residency in Internal Medicine at University of Connecticut, followed by fellowships in Rheumatology (Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, D.C) and Inflammatory Muscle Disease -Myositis (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, PA).
Her clinical interests include all type of myositis as well as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Sjogren's disease, spondylarthritis and other systemic autoimmune diseases. Dr. Chandra is a member of the American College of Rheumatology.
