Academic Interests
My doctoral dissertation focused on Financial Toxicity experienced by cancer patients; exploring the interventions used outside of oncology to mitigate this experience and comparing these mitigation strategies to those currently in use in the oncology setting.
I have worked clinically in the CNS setting as a Psychiatric registered nurse as well as Nurse Research Coordinator with patients undergoing treatment for Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Bipolar Disorder and Depression. I have also worked in an administrative capacity overseeing Oncology clinical research for the past 8 years.
