Academic Interests
My research interests include three topics: (1) elucidate the basic mechanisms of antibody gene diversification including how B cells undergo class switch recombination and how B cell receptor (BCR) signaling connects autoimmunity and B cell lymphomagenesis; (2) define signaling adaptors as non-classical checkpoints that contribute to the maintenance of B cell genome; and (3) cancer immunology and immunotherapy with a focus on B cell lymphoma and head and neck cancer.
